What are the positives working for Project Global?  I love working for Project Global. It is brilliant here! Everybody is very social, kind and welcoming. Above all they have all been very patient with me as I was very inexperienced before starting here.

What have you learnt being part of the Project Global team?

It is good to rely on others; in any field of work it is important to have a sense of independence but working at Project Global has taught me to not be afraid to ask for help when necessary.

Professionally I am learning every day and my confidence is growing daily as well.

What has your greatest memory been so far? The team socials. This is where I feel we are a big family, as we all take the time to sit down together and socialise.

A bit of fun now, if you had a super power what would It be and why? Telepathy, I would like to read minds; it would give me a head up if someone had a task they wanted me to do. I would easily be able to prepare for/complete the task before they asked me!  But I would also like the ability to focus in on someone’s thoughts and be able to switch it off when I wanted, as I wouldn’t enjoy hearing constant voice all the time!
